 The Nature of Coffee 

In order to preserve coffee to be at it's best and freshest, we only roast once a week on Wednesdays. Our shipping days are also only once a week on Fridays. If you place an order BEFORE our Wednesday roast day, it will ship the same week on Friday. If you place an order AFTER our Wednesday roast day, it will ship the following week on Friday.  

Shipping

Orders are packaged once a week on Fridays. For in-stock Coffee, please allow a few days from the purchase date to receive a shipping notification. For pre-orders refer to the listing for the shipment date. Please do not email until that time has passed. 

All US Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail. If you would like your order expedited, please use the contact form on the website and we will try our best to accommodate. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address on file. For information on your package, please refer to the USPS link sent with your shipping notification and if an issue should arise, contact USPS directly. 

For International Orders: All packages are shipped via International First Class. Once packages are accepted by the USPS we cannot assume any responsibility for lost or damaged items. Any extra customs fees that may accrue are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Please Note: Orders are shipped to the address that is provided by the customer at checkout. Please make sure all information is entered in correctly as we will not be responsible for lost packages due to address errors.

Placing Orders

Please look through the order carefully before placing it, as we do not allow orders to be cancelled once they are placed. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Pre-orders

All pre-orders will ship out as specified by the date listed on the product page. Any in-stock coffee purchased with pre-orders will ship out together unless otherwise stated. Please read pre-order listings carefully before purchasing as failure to comply with pre-order policies could result in order being cancelled. 

 Refunds/returns 

Due to the nature of coffee having a small time that is best for consumption, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns on any opened products at this time. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us using the contact page.
